Delete and recreate everything aside from the one for 2020.
There are 2 alternative solutions:
1) Delete all of them. Your catalogue is already sorted by date. People are unlikely to use those playlists.
2) Keep them 'as is' and put your playlists into a "sorted by year"-playlist. There, you can sort them however you like.
